HVAC Maintenance Plans in San Antonio & Austin
Twice-yearly tune-ups that catch the small problems before they turn into July 4th breakdowns. Priority scheduling, discounted repairs, and a system that lasts 3-5 years longer.
Twice-yearly HVAC maintenance is the single biggest factor in extending system life β especially in Texas, where AC units work harder than in cooler climates. Our maintenance plans include a spring AC tune-up, fall heating tune-up, priority service when you do need a repair, and discounted repair pricing. The math is simple: catching a $50 issue before it becomes a $1,500 emergency saves real money over the system's life.

Maintenance plan FAQ
How much does a maintenance plan cost? +
Call for current pricing β varies by system size and number of units. Most single-system homes pay roughly the cost of one regular service call, spread over the year, in exchange for two full tune-ups plus all the member benefits.
Is HVAC maintenance really worth it? +
Yes β especially in Texas. A maintained system uses 15-25% less energy and lasts 3-5 years longer than one that gets ignored until it fails. The economics: one $1,500 emergency repair you avoid covers many years of maintenance plan cost. In Texas, the failure usually happens on a 100Β°F July day when techs are booked out a week.
Do I have to commit to a contract? +
No long-term commitment. Plans run one year at a time and you can cancel or skip a renewal. We'd rather earn your renewal each year than lock you in.
What if you find something wrong during the tune-up? +
We tell you what we found, quote a flat-rate price for the repair, and you decide whether to proceed. Members get 15% off any repair work. If you decide not to fix it, that's your call β no pressure.
Lock in priority service
Call for current plan pricing β usually less than one repair would cost.
